Just a quick note from us... We are all well and safe. Ike did just a predicted and went up the I35 line, but stayed East. WE did get some gusty winds, but nothing too uncommon with bad thunderstorms. We didn't even get very much rain. So, we spend our day inside drawing and watching college football. Nothing overly exciting...
Tomorrow, Mark is back to work prepping for training in two weeks. How sucky is that? We had him home for 1 day! Guess I can't complain because at least he was home for one day. Gone for a year, home and working, gone for another year... This sucks!
Anyway... We are all safe. Please keep your prayers for down South... They did get massive damage in Galveston and Houston. Love to you all...
